Future possibilities of proprietary use system

IC Tag System

ADCLEAN IC Tag System was an industry pioneer in introducing IC tag control to garment management, in 2005. However, the important thing in introducing IC tag control are the follow up operations. Even after building systems for customers, Guardner continuously incorporates customer suggestions in further improvements, enabling them to provide the most appropriate operational knowhow, from the customers' point of view. One of the results has been " system scalability " with proprietary features. Attention to the Read/Write capabilities of IC tags and ADCLEAN IC Tag System ability to preserve the user area, enabled Guardner to provide an inventory management system and room entry/exit control system, in addition to a cleaning management system.

The inventory control system allows a company to easily monitor its garment delivery (lending) situation and warehouse entry and dispatch, enabling simple monitoring of a garment' s condition. Keeping constant tabs on " who, when, and under what conditions a garment is being used " permits greater efficiency in a company' s garment operations.

In addition, the room entry/exit control system, which controls clean room entries and exits, is not only part of internal facility security, but because it permits monitoring of employee whereabouts, is also useful, in times of disaster, in keeping tabs on employees' positions, an application that has attracted a lot of interest. Using the IC tag user area for system scalability in this way permits the provision of proprietary operational systems that meet users' needs.

Thorough quality control for individualized after-sales care

As part of its service, the ADCLEAN IC Tag System provides data, from the moment a garment is acquired, through cost-free monitoring of the garment' s deterioration including dust-resistance and friction-charged electrostatic potential, at every regular laundering. If there is little deterioration, replacement can be delayed and additional acquisition costs reduced. Conversely, if deterioration is in an advanced state, replacement can be accelerated. This makes it possible to prevent adverse effects on the clean room' s interior environment.

Beyond providing customers with highly functional garments, the real value comes in the types of follow-up operations that are provided. Guardner' s mission is to provide a support structure for these operations, manifested in the ADCLEAN IC Tag System. The following case studies illustrate these systems and know how in action.
