case1.Improving product quality and keeping track of each employee’s laundry situation

A manufacturer that turned its attention to garment management in order to improve the clean room environment This company’s policy was to send garments out for cleaning once a week, but control was left to the employees and under those circumstances it was difficult to keep track of the number of garments in the company’s possession.
The ADCLEAN IC Tag System was introduced in order to keep track of each employee’s garments and the number of times they were washed.

Following the introduction of IC tags, it was discovered that a large number of employees were not following the cleaning policy, which affected the clean room environment.
Reports from the cleaning company enabled the company to easily understand each garment’s cleaning situation and to enforce the laundering policy. Tracking the number of garments in the company’s possession enabled it to reduce excess inventory, and to ease the burden of those in charge.
